What areas do you service?
We currently operate in major metropolitan areas including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and their surrounding suburbs. We are continuously expanding to new locations!
Do you offer virtual property tours?
Yes! We offer both 3D virtual tours and live video tours for most properties. Look for the "Virtual Tour" icon on listings, or request one through our agent if it is not already available.
What is included in a property listing?
Our comprehensive listings include professional photos, detailed property description, specifications and amenities, virtual tour links, price information, and our expert assessment of the property value.

Pricing

Do you charge buyers a fee?
No, our buyer services are completely free. Sellers pay a standard listing commission when their property is successfully sold.

Selling

What documents do I need to sell my property?
You will need proof of ownership, property tax receipts, building approvals, completion certificate, and any other relevant documents. Our team will provide you with a complete checklist when you list with us.
How long does it typically take to sell a home?
The average time on market varies by location and price point, but currently sits at about 28 days in most markets. Well-priced, desirable properties in good condition often sell much faster.
Should I renovate my home before selling?
Not all renovations are necessary before selling. Focus on repairs that will immediately affect the buyer impression, like fresh paint, fixing obvious issues, and minor updates. Our agents can advise what will give you the best return on investment.

What is the minimum down payment required?
Down payment requirements vary depending on the loan type. Conventional loans typically require 5-20% down, while government-backed loans can be as low as 3.5% or even 0% for qualified buyers.
